DSF Directors handle the fund raising as well as overall project management and render their services on pro bono basis.
We provide periodic reports describing our activities and fund utilization details with proof of expenditure to our donors/supporters
Donors are encouraged to participate in Project Planning , Implementation and Management
We maintain low administrative cost of operations as all our paid staff are programme personnel who are directly involved in the execution of programmes at schools, community or centres.
We solicit help from volunteers to develop our systems, brand elements, collaterals and other communication material reducing our overhead costs.
We give adequate importance to capacity building of our team members and organize regular workshops and training programmes for staff & volunteers.
We conduct monthly meetings and quarterly reviews on a regular basis.
